Newbury Racecourse will host a season-opening three-day meeting, as racing returns to the track behind closed doors.
Beginning on Thursday 11th June with an afternoon fixture shown on Racing TV, followed by an evening meeting on Friday 12th June which will be broadcast on ITV4, with coverage including the Group 1 Irish 1,000 Guineas from the Curragh, the meeting concludes with an afternoon meeting on Saturday 13th June which will also be covered by ITV4 and will include the transferred Group 3 Diomed Stakes from Epsom, plus Listed contests; the Maggie Dickson transferred from Musselburgh and Newbury’s own Abingdon Stakes.
Thanks to MansionBet who take title sponsorship across all three days, along with the European Breeders Fund (EBF) who have contributed to additional prizemoney.
