For SS19, Hobbs goes back to where their story began in Hampstead Heath, a place juxtaposing town and countryside.

Like the races, Hampstead village is a cosmopolitan place to be seen, where only the most polished looks will do. Again the trouser suit is a favourite with two styles to choose from – a pale three piece with high waist wide trousers, and a deep dusky pink straight leg suit with a wrap over belt.

Not forgetting the animal print trend, Hobbs chooses the elegant zebra on an asymmetric midi dress. Monochrome is always a hit at the races.

The untamed heath of Hampstead is reflected in their limited edition collection ‘By Invitation’ where a playful mix of bold and delicate floral prints represent the flowers found on the heath and in the village – purple coneflowers, blue cornflowers and pink peonies.

The tiered sheath dress offers a colourful soft tailored look

Whilst the floaty midi dresses with voluminous sleeves are perfect for Glorious Goodwood’s more relaxed style.

The Palace Collection

This limited collection has been created with Historical Royal Palaces, the charity for the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle.

This season it is inspired by Queen Victoria’s favourite flowers – hydrangeas and the Reine Victoria rose which was named after her.
